These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ZScore, a service operated by

Z-Soft, registered in Belgium, with its principal office at Veldstraat 9, 3130 Begijnendijk. You can

User Accounts & Access

ZScore is available worldwide with no age restrictions. To use the service, you must create an

account using a valid email address or by signing in with your Google or Microsoft account. You are

responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs

under your account. ZScore is currently provided as a free service.

Subscriptions & Payments

ZScore is provided free of charge for the foreseeable future. Z-Soft reserves the right to introduce

paid features or subscription plans at a later date. If that happens, users will be given prior notice

and updated terms will apply.

Use of Service

ZScore is a SaaS platform that provides a gaming backend for achievements, leaderboards,

currencies, players, and related features. You may access ZScore either through the web

application or via the provided API. You agree not to: - Use ZScore for any illegal or unauthorized

purpose. - Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the platform. - Upload,

transmit, or distribute any malicious code, spam, or offensive content. - Misuse the service in a way

that could harm its performance, security, or other users.

Intellectual Property & User Data

All rights, title, and interest in and to the ZScore platform, software, code, and logos are owned by

Z-Soft. These may not be copied, modified, or distributed without our prior written consent. Any data

or content uploaded by users (including player information, scores, achievements, and related

content) remains the sole property of the user. Z-Soft only stores and processes this data for the

purpose of providing the service. Z-Soft may use aggregated and anonymized data (that cannot

identify individual users) to analyze usage patterns, improve the service, or for business insights.

Privacy & Data

ZScore collects certain personal data such as your email address and account information when

you register or sign in. We also rely on third-party services such as Google and Microsoft to provide

with applicable data protection laws. Details on what data we collect, how it is used, and your rights

under GDPR are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Termination

Z-Soft may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

You may delete your account at any time through the account settings or by contacting us. After

deletion, your data will be retained for up to 3 months, during which you may reactivate your

account. After this period, all personal data and content will be permanently deleted, except for

anonymized statistics that cannot be linked back to you.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

ZScore is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether

express or implied. Z-Soft does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free,

secure, or available at all times. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Z-Soft shall not be liable

for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special, including but not

limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with the use of ZScore.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any

disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive

jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.

Changes to Terms

Z-Soft may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the

“Last Updated” date at the top. By continuing to use ZScore after changes are posted, you agree to

the revised Terms.
